Practical preparations before moving in
It is recommended that tenant before moving in makes sure to move address to the apartment. The date should be the same date as stated in the rental agreement.

Upon moving in
The tenant will, before moving in, receive a signed contract for the apartment.
Once the contract has been signed and deposits, including deposit and prepaid rent, and the first month's rent is paid to the landlord, the keys can be handed over to the tenant. However, no earlier than the start date agreed in the contract agreement § 2.
Once the keys to the lease have been handed over to the tenant, the tenant will at the same time take over the risk of maintenance as stated in the contract. Relocation price
The definition of the rental agreement's relocation price is as follows. Deposit, prepaid rent, first month rent and water and heating all together make up the rental agreement's relocation price.
Deposit will be refunded to tenant after the rental is terminated and after inventory has been checked by the landlord. However, "prepaid rent" can be used as rent payment during the termination period. Clean and clean the floor drain

Within / Upon relocation
If no other agreement has been made, the tenant may terminate his lease with a 3 month’s notice. The termination must be made in writing. The termination must be delivered by Mail to the landlord. The landlord is entitled to have access to the apartment to show the apartment to new tenants during the termination period. If the tenant wishes to move out before the expiry of the termination period, it must be notified in writing to us.
Disembarkation and relocation report
The moving out procedure is held between the landlord and the tenant. Upon departure, the status of the apartment is reviewed.
As part of the moving out procedure a relocation report will be prepared. This report will contain information about the shortcomings of the apartment. The tenant and landlord will to sign the relocation report. If the tenant does not show up for the moving out procedure, the relocation report is done by the landlord and the tenant will receive a copy of the relocation report by mail.
Return of Deposit
After the moving out procedure has been held and the tenant has signed the relocation report, the tenant will receive a settlement including the outstanding deposit, moving out costs, own rent, heating and water etc.
The deadline for the tenant to receive the deposit / settlement is typically 6 weeks after the relocation.
